Favorite Spring Fitness Finds

I always view Spring as a great time to start fresh and try new things. The seasonal burst of energy comes natural with sunny skies and warmer days, and it’s always a great time to reevaluate fitness and wellness products and routines. Here are a few of my favs if you’re interested in trying something new! 1. Bumble and Bumble Clean Hair Extenders


Showering after each workout just isn’t an option, and these are my two favorite clean hair extenders. The market for athleisure is just incredible now, but I consistently keep Lululemon staples in my closet. My favorite pant? The traditional Wunder Under. Basic, consistent and comfortable.





5. Gliders


My favorite way to work the core and posterior chain when I don’t have an X-Former handy! Grab these inexpensive sliders and get a high intensity/low impact workout anywhere – at home or on the go!


6. TriggerPoint Grid Foam Roller


I’m a huge believer in foam rolling. It helps tremendously, it’s easy and it works. But get a good one. I like the TriggerPoint Grid Foam Roller because of the various surfaces – it’s a nightly staple on my quads!
